Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use offthepine.com.au or train with Off The Pine Personal Training. By booking a session or joining a package, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Every package starts with a complimentary Back Yourself Session. It is a conversation to see whether we are the right fit, and there is no obligation to join.

• In-person packages are priced per week and paid by direct debit.
• Packages have a 10-week minimum term.
• Platinum packages are priced on application, and the scope and price are agreed before you commit.
• At-home prices shown on the website are provisional. They include travel, and we confirm your price before your first session.
• Online coaching is priced per week. Your first week is a discovery week, and if it is not right for you, we refund it.

We agree your regular weekly session times when you join. Notice periods for rescheduling or cancelling a session, and how to pause or end your package after the minimum term, are confirmed with you in writing before you start.

Our coaching and website content are general fitness guidance, not medical advice.

• Before you start, you complete a pre-exercise screening with your coach.
• Tell your coach about any injury, medical condition, medication, pregnancy or recent birth, and about any change during your training.
• If your screening or your doctor suggests it, get medical clearance before you train.
• Stop and tell your coach if anything feels wrong during a session.

Results depend on your starting point, your health and how consistently you follow your plan. Client stories on this website are individual experiences, not a promise of the same outcome.
