Personal training in Civic

Personal Trainer in Civic, Canberra

Off The Pine provides one-on-one personal training at Fitness First Civic in Civic, Canberra. It is a practical option for people who work in or near the city and want training to have a fixed place in their week. The coaching is direct, personal and built for people who have decided that starting over is no longer good enough.

We begin with your Back Yourself Session. You will look clearly at what has interrupted your training before and choose a standard you can keep when work, family or stress gets heavy. From there, you select the right package and lock in regular weekly sessions. Same days and same times remove the repeated decision about whether training will happen.

Your sessions at Fitness First Civic meet you at your current level. You may be new to strength training, returning after a long gap or already training and ready for more structure. Your coach teaches the movements, progresses the work and keeps the purpose of each session clear. Everfit holds your program, and Skool connects you with the community.

Each week you check in across Movement, Nutrition, Recovery and Accountability. Your coach can adjust the plan when your circumstances change, but you still own the follow-through. This is not about being pushed through one hard workout. It is about building the strength and self-trust to keep training for years. If Civic is the location that makes consistency realistic, book your first session.

Client story

“Extremely understanding and aware that it's not always about the body but mind too. Genuine interest in your situation and your goals no matter how small. A gem.”

Lucinda McCarthy · Canberra client

“Shannon is the best of the best for personal training tailored to your needs and capability. He will push you as far as you can go without making you tap out early.”
Lachlan Saunders · Google review
“I've had to go through several PTs who have little interest in personalising training. Shannon's program has been pivotal to my strength recovery. He built my plan with contingencies for when I'm too ill to train.”
